We’re just going to try this for a week every 2-3 months or so. Here’s what you can expect:
How this will work:
- Receive SMSes/emails with reminders for your usual sessions, as well as the link (& password) to your training video
- Be ready at your USUAL time – you can interact with your friends by commenting on the page… or drop them an SMS/WhatsApp
- Take your MOVEment to the MAX during the session but also be aware of fatigue as you go through the session
- Enjoy your classes for the week, provide feedback & we’ll be back at Zoom classes the following week!
