Plan for the upcoming week!

We’re just going to try this for a week every 2-3 months or so. Here’s what you can expect:


How this will work:

  1. Receive SMSes/emails with reminders for your usual sessions, as well as the link (& password) to your training video
  2. Be ready at your USUAL time – you can interact with your friends by commenting on the page… or drop them an SMS/WhatsApp
  3. Take your MOVEment to the MAX during the session but also be aware of fatigue as you go through the session
  4. Enjoy your classes for the week, provide feedback & we’ll be back at Zoom classes the following week!

Drop an email to OR with the subject: Virtual Training + Name if you have anything you’re unsure of!
